Delivery of Goods
Most orders are dispatched within 14 days, however for international orders please allow 28 days delivery. These delivery times are estimates only and the Crystal Files UK does not accept responsibility for any delay incurred.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail service or Couriers on request. Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Freight charges will be calculated automatically at the payment section of the cart. However we reserve the right to amend and add postage or freight to an order if these charges have been calculated incorrectly whist taking phone orders or via our website cart.
In some circumstances, if we are out of stock on a particular file the order may be shipped from Australia by our parent company. There will be no additional cost added to the order.
If paying by direct deposit please allow a further 7 days for the deposit to clear. Payment by cheque will take 10 to clear.
