Colours
Because of the nature and uniqueness of our products we can not guarantee an exact match to the colours or patternation to the items shown in the pictures. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because all our items are handmade by artists the colours and patterns can vary slightly.
The image you see will also depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it with the original packing receipt.
Returns Policy
If your purchase is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing fault we will offer a or exchange. The return shipping charges are not refundable and must by paid by the customer.) You must return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, and submit to the following guidelines:
1. The article must not be damaged in any way
2. The original receipt must accompany the goods
3. A Return Authorisation(RA) must be obtained before sending the item or items back. Please do not send items back until the RA form has been obtained and completed
4. We advise that items should be returned by registered post or insured. World of Glass will be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.
